Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

Overview

Shop in my store with peace of mind. If you changed your mind, I offer a refund or exchange within 14 days from the order date, when certain conditions are met. Please ship back your items only after your return/exchange request has been approved.

Your Concerns:

1. Change of Mind

Conditions:

  • Bracelets are unworn, unaltered, undamaged and still in the resealable condition;
  • Proof of purchase is provided;
  • Bracelet boxes is undamaged and attached.

All shipping cost, including original shipping, returned shipping and shipping for replacement (if there is any) will be not be covered.

2. Faulty

In rare cases, you might notice the following when you receive the bracelets:

  • Beads or bead caps have extras or are missing;
  • Beads or bead caps being used are of different types;
  • Beads or bead caps are arranged in a different order;
  • Beads broke into multiple pieces;
  • Bead caps are out of shape.

then you are entitled to a placement or a full refund based on your preference.

Return Conditions:

  • It only applies on the bracelets (with package excluded);
  • A description and photos of the fault;
  • Proof of purchase is provided;
  • Bracelet boxes is attached.

All shipping costs, including original shipping and returned shipping, will be born by my side. For your convenience, you will be provided an Australia Post shipping label for your returning shipping, with sender address being the delivery address in your original order. You are also welcomed to send with other couriers if Australia Post is not available to you, however, if you ship back from the address outside Australia, the returned shipping will not be covered.

1. Refund

Refund Method:

Refund will be initiated and credited back to you via the original payment method.

Processing time depends on your original payment method and your financial institutions:
Credit card payments via Stripe: 7-14 days;
PayPal: 3-5 business days.

For security reasons, the refund will not be processed if you request to refund in a way other than the above-mentioned methods.

If you have closed your bank accounts or PayPal accounts that you used for the payments before the refund arrive your account, it is suggested to contact your financial institution, and I will not be responsible for retrieving your funds.

2. Exchange

Same with refund requests, exchange requests will be accepted within 14 days. If you have requested exchange for more than once for the same order, requests sent 14 days after the order date will not be processed.

The returned shipment should be within the 14 days from the order date. If your returned shipment is not processed, or process after 14 days from the order date, your returned request will be regarded as retrieved.

If the replaced item is cheaper, a refund for the price difference will be initiated and credited back to you via the original payment method.

If the replaced item is more expensive, you will be sent a new payment link (via PayPal or Stripe) for the price difference. The replaced item will be sent only after the payment is cleared. However, if the item is not returned within the 14 days from the order date even if the payment is cleared, it will be regarded as you are happy with the item you originally ordered, and a refund for the price difference will be issued.
